Full registration includes:

Students will be required to show proof of status at registration. Full student registration includes:

Single Day Registration - US$350

A Single Day Registration includes:
~ Access to all contributed sessions & keynotes
~ Access to the evening poster session (only if Tuesday 7 October booked)
~ Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch on the day

Single Day Student Registration - US$175

Registration includes:
~ Access to all contributed sessions & keynotes
~ Access to the evening poster session (only if Tuesday 7 October booked)
~ Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch on the day

EXTRA GUEST TICKETS

If you wish to bring a guest to the Symposium Dinner (meal preference selected during registration) US$80

If you wish to bring a guest on a Field Trip (go to the Field Trips page to sign up) - US$50

Cancellation Policy

A partial refund (50%) is available until the close of early registration on 15 August 2025.
No refunds are available after 15 August 2025 although you may transfer your registration.
Every refund requires written approval from symposium the organizing committee.
